These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of digital products offered through the website thehomebunker.com.

The Site sells digital content in PDF format (the "Guide"). Price, features and delivery method are specified on the product page.

3. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent by email after payment is completed. Payments are processed through Shopify and its integrated payment providers.

4. Delivery

The Guide is delivered digitally via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the express agreement of the consumer. By proceeding with the download, the user accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal.

6. "Satisfied or refunded" guarantee

Notwithstanding the above, we offer a commercial refund guarantee within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please write to information@thehomebunker.com.

7. Intellectual property

All contents of the Guide are the exclusive property of the Seller. Redistribution, resale or public sharing of the file is prohibited.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is the one of the buyer's place of residence or domicile.
